Player Controls not working
I have enabled the play, pause and volume controls but when you play the video, they dont work.

Did you insert a video from your computer, or are you trying to embed one (ex. from YouTube)?
If you can share your .story file either publicly here or privately through a support case, we are happy to investigate further!
The video also has to be on the timeline and playing from the timeline any video that plays via a trigger is no longer controllable form the player controls
