Playing Sound on Cell Phone in Silent Mode
I have a project that won't play sound if a cell phone is in silent mode. It plays fine on a PC and on an iPad but on a cell phone the silent mode must be turned off for the sound to play. I have another project where the sound plays fine even if a cell phone is in silent mode. Any suggestions on settings to check to fix this problem. I am afraid the user won't know to turn off silent mode to get the project to play sound.

Based on my research this seems to be the standard setting for when playing a project on a cell phone. It might be helpful to a quick slide letting the user know about this or to encourage users to use headphones which should automatically enable sound.

Thank you, I did notice the sound worked with headphones I will add that information for users in the LMS. This was only my third project and the second one does play the sound automatically even with the phone sounds on silent which is why I thought maybe I had not set something up correctly.
