Play/Pause button (CTRL-ALT-P) does not work

I have completed the courseware development and I am ready to publish.  I was testing the entire project before I did and found that the Play/Pause button is not working.  I also tried using CTRL-ALT-P and it is not working either. 

The slide's presentation starts and when I click on the Pause button, nothing happens.  The button does switch between the Play (right arrow) and Pause (two vertical lines) when clicked on but the presentation just continues.
