Thanks for sharing the crash report; I'm sorry for the trouble. Can you confirm the steps you're taking for the error to appear? Did you mean the Content Library or the Media Library?

The crash report is in the text file, no?
Whenever I go into Content Library, double click one piece of content to bring it into an empty project, I get a crash report. It hasn't worked for me at all and I am not sure why.

Yes, I reviewed the crash report from the text file, but I needed to confirm where the error came from. Thanks for confirming about the Content Library!
Content Library issues are usually resolved by adding Articulate 360 network endpoints. Kindly get in touch with your IT team to ensure the domains listed here are accessible on port 443.
