Ppt can't install Articulate Add-in
My Articulate tab in Ppt won't load. I followed the directions in other knowledge base articles with no luck. The exact message is in the attachment. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I've been using Articulate/Storyline for several years. Now, the PowerPoint add-in has disappeared with the implementation of our new version of Powerpoint on Office 365.
Hi Larry,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your Presenter 360 software and Office 365.
Do you have Office 365 installed on your desktop?
- Articulate Studio 360 works with Microsoft Office 365 (desktop apps only). Studio 360 doesn't work with:
- Office 365 web apps
- Office 365 mobile apps
If you already have Office 365 installed on your desktop, this article may help you troubleshoot getting the add-in working correctly.

Hi Leslie,
I've O365 installed and am using Storyline 360, not studio. This worked last year. Now I'm at a deadend.
Thanks for confirming your software is installed locally, Larry. The Articulate Add-in is specific to Presenter 360.
I think a step-back may be beneficial to understand what you are experiencing.
- Can you share what you are doing in Storyline 360?
- What is it that worked last year that you're having difficulty with now?
- Do you need to import a PowerPoint file into your project?
- If so, then with your permission, I'd like to take a look at your .ppt file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
Hi Sarah,
I appreciate you chiming in to share what you are experiencing as well.
- Can you see the option in the disabled list as I shared in this link above?

Hello,
This is happening for me too. I don't think I've ever had the Articulate Add In on powerpoint but am finding a need for it now. I have followed the directions from the link above.
File > Options > Add Ins > Disabled Items / Go > "There are no disabled items."
Then...
Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Add-ins > there was no check mark on the "Disable All Application Add-ins"
Please advise. Any assistance is appreciated.
Hi Sarra,
Since it may be your first time using Presenter 360, I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Do you already have Studio 360 installed on your computer? If not, here's how you can install Studio 360, which includes Presenter 360, on your machine.
- Are you running a supported version of Microsoft Office?
- If you already have Studio 360 installed, have you tried repairing it?
Additionally, if you've also covered everything that is listed in this support article, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team so we can take a look at your installation to figure out what's going on.

I have gone through all of these suggestions as well as some others that I found on Google. I can not find Articulate as a Add-in anywhere in my PPT. Is there a way for me to manually add it?
