You can do that using variables and conditional triggers.

That describes following pre-defined paths. However, the basic concepts also work for defining paths based on what questions the user got wrong. That will just require extra triggers with conditions that look for whether the set of slides (or the scene) with the content related to a given question need to be viewed or not.
Obviously, that can complicate things quickly. It'll help if you create a good storyboard or just map out the options before you start programming.
