Previous Next Button Brief Flash When Hidden

I have seen the various threads on this issue and tried to recreate the trigger so that the buttons hide at 0 but it still flashes when we watch it in preview mode. Why the delay on the button...

It looks like this is the expected behavior, since the player and its buttons load before the first slide.
Is that what you're experiencing?
