Hidden Rise block for internal documentation

Hello! Today I wish I had a way to include a hidden version history in my Rise courses like I do for Storyline courses.  Version history helps us identify the dates that key content changes happened in case of audit. Another use for such a block would be to indicate where source files (graphics, audio, video, Storyline blocks) can be located for maintenance or to identify who approved content along with the date.

There really needs to be a way for designers to comment on content and add behind the scenes detail that isn't linked to Review 360. There a lot of times I want to add notes like add graphic here, fill out steps, review this with SME before I post for official review.

Agree, currently we add a Notes block for comments and try and style them differently so they stand out as not part of the course. Sometimes they've ended up by accident in the published course!

I think with the release of AI Tools, this is even more important.

If I have the video audio script as a text block, then the AI can use it to create knowledge-check questions.

Without the text block and only the video, the AI tool does not know about the functionality discussed in the video's audio.

I see a hidden block as crucial to a successful workflow using AI. I can include the video script, but hide it as it's not needed in the final course.
