Problem loading SCORM files in LMS
Hello,
Some of the SCORM 1.2 files that I made in Rise won't open correctly once I export them on my LMS.
When I encounter this problem, the pop-up window does open but the content fails to load, I just get a blank page.
If it can help, when we analyse the queries of the pages which do not load in Wireshark, we get the following result :
"Uncaught TypeError el_new_tree.firstChild is null
Uncaught typeError e is null
Sorry, the page /fr/docs/Web/Accessibility/Understanding_WCAG/Text_Labels_and_names could not be found"
What we can't understand is that whether the file opens correctly or not seems to depend on the computer we use, even though they have the same exact browser settings.
I don't know if it matters, but our files are between 5 and 125Mb in size. But sometimes its the smaller files which do not load properly.
What can we do ?

I see you've connected with my teammate, Darwin, in a support case. Since they were unable to replicate the issue using SCORM Cloud, they had a few suggestions:
- Ask your IT team to check if there are any VPN, Firewall, or security programs that might prevent you from loading the content.
- Since the directory shown in the error might be from the LMS, you may want to check with your LMS administrator for additional troubleshooting steps.
