Problem saving progress

I have a problem with a course that does not save the progress of the students. The course has 16 lessons, progress is saved, but rise only reflects completion up to lesson 5.

    Hi Cristina!

    Sorry to hear that your course does not save the progress of your students.
     
    I would suggest troubleshooting your file in SCORM Cloud to check if the behavior is the same as in your LMS.  SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine that's free and supports AICC, SCORM, Tin Can API (xAPI), and cmi5 content.
     
    This video tutorial demonstrates how to use SCORM Cloud with Articulate content.
     
    If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, kindly share your SCORM Cloud findings with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue. 
     
    If the course does not resume in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with us here so that we can investigate.

    Thanks for your answer.
    I have tried to introduce the scorm in scorm cloud, but,
    it does not inform me of the error, I am not able to save the progress in the course. please, can you help me?

    Hi Cristina, based on the situation you described, it sounds like you may be exceeding the SCORM suspend data limits. Check out this article for more details. 

    To fix the issue, try publishing your course using SCORM 2004 3rd or 4th edition. I hope this helps!
