problem with iphone seekbar disable option not work

I have created course that seekbar not allowed  play on android mobile with good but it can't do the same in iPhone  iPhone always play with player that also show seekbar  Anybody have the way to ...

Hi there, iKob. I'm happy to help! I'd like some more information:

  • Can you confirm what version of Storyline you’re using? Go to Help > About Storyline.
  • If you're using Storyline 360, are you using the Modern or the Classic player?
  • If it's easier to help explain, can you attach a screenshot of your course on the Android device and one on the iOS device?
