Which version of Storyline 360 are you using? We had a bug reported in build 3.53.25436.0 where a Trigger to Jump to Next Slide when Timeline Starts automatically added when duplicating Survey Slides, but it was fixed with the last update.
I recommend updating Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app. In the meantime, you can hover over the red arrows in Story View and disconnect those automatic triggers.
