PROCESSING COURSE.. Storyline block stuck on processing course in RISE
Hi!
I have problems publishing a storyline in to a block in Rise. I have been experiencing this problem with this file since a while now. I've publish and created new ones, I`ve copy the file into a new one... but I don´t really know what's happening. And I have a client wating the course to be published on the LMS...
Could someone help me with this issue pls??

It would be helpful to see the Storyline file to understand why it won't upload as a Storyline block. Do you mind attaching your project to this discussion or privately in a support case? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Thanks for sharing your project file in a support case, Alba! You're in good hands working one-on-one with Cleober. I see that he was able to publish the course to Review 360 and insert it to Rise as a Storyline block.
I encourage you to continue troubleshooting with Cleober so that we can find a fix for the issue that you're seeing on your end.

I am currently experiencing the same problem! I have been trying to upload a storyline course for hours. I tried from different browsers, restarted my computer and cleared my cache.
Download Internet speed: 227 mb / Upload speed: 11 mb. I tried to upload an empty storyline course and it immediately uploaded.Hi Gregory!
