Projects deployed for web no longer work in Firefox
Hi all!
I know there is another recent posting regarding a similar issue, but I'm not sure whether it's the same problem, so I wanted to create a new thread.
We are experiencing problems with our projects deployed for web in Firefox. We have several projects exported for web that performed just fine before the Firefox 103 update. On the most recent Firefox version, however, most of our projects either don't load up at all (you see the loading animation indefinetely) or they take several minutes to load (they only took a few seconds to load before).
There are no problems in any other browser we tested and the projects performed fine in Firefox a few days ago. Since we didn't touch many of the web exports for a while, it appears that the 103 version of Firefox contains some changes that create issues even with older Storyline 360 web exports.
We'd appreciate any information or help -- thanks in advance!

Thanks so much for reaching out, and I'm sorry you have been experiencing this issue with viewing your course on Firefox 103.
This morning, we have a brand new update to our most recent version of Storyline 360 (Build 3.66.28355.0) that resolves this issue of courses loading without media on the first slide within Firefox 103.
As a first step, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:

Thanks for your quick reply. Exporting the projects again after having updated to today's version of Storyline indeed does the trick -- great!
I guess we'll just have to export and deploy every previous project again. But good that this got fixed so quickly!

I'm having a similar issue with Storyline 3. I've updated to the latest version, exported it as a Web zip, and imported it into my canvas account. It works great with edge and chrome. However, in firefox, the wheel just keeps spinning and never loads the first slide. Any advise?
open a support ticket, articulate has to fix storyline 3 also

I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 3 (Build 3.18.28642.0).
In this update we have implemented a fix for:
- Firefox 103 wouldn't load courses with media on the first slide.
