Publish directly to a team folder in Review 360?

Is there a way to publish directly to a team folder in Review 360? My team has been publishing from Storyline 360 to Review, but it goes into their private folders and they have to then move the file into the Team folder.

  • Echoing the above - would be great to have the option to publish content directly to a Teams Folder! Looking forward to seeing this enhancement, hopefully soon.

Thank you, Capability Team and Eva! I've added your comments to our feature request, so we'll keep you updated when this makes it on our feature roadmap!

  • Hi Tracy!

It sounds like you are trying to publish content directly to a Teams Folder!

We are tracking a feature request for allowing authors to specify a folder location during the publishing process. I've linked this discussion to the feature report and will provide updates as soon as we have news to share!

To expand upon this with what I've been experiencing.
Regardless of who publishes the content to Review: it will be created in the private folder of the owner of that content. At least this is the case for Rise.

As a result of this, any version update you wish to make aren't possible, in either Rise or Review, as it doesn't recognise that it exists.
Which is ironic when you're looking at the commentary panel in Rise.

Thank you, Articulate team. It doesn't seem like adding a folder selection would be that difficult. This is a basic function of file organization.
