Publish to video problem
Hello All -
Thanks ahead of time for your help. Trying to publish SL file with video to a published video file. File has triggers on the base layer to pause video, show a layer, then return to the base layer.
Problem: When returning to the base layer the video starts over.

I'm sorry your video is starting over when using the Pause and Play trigger while publishing to video! You are experiencing a bug in the software that has already been reported. I'm going to add your voice to the report. If there's any news regarding this bug, this conversation will be updated.

Hi George,
A workaround for this would be to not use triggers to pause/play the video. Cut the video and play it automatically according to its position on the timeline. For "paused" instances, use a screenshot of the frame instead.

Thanks again for your reply and suggestion John. I've tried this. However, when I publish to video the opening screenshot 'greys out' before the video starts. Will keep at it. Hopefully there will be a fix soon.
