Storyline file published as MP4 problems - cursor is going crazy!
Hello!
I hope someone can sees this post by this Thursday. I am in a serious time crunch. Here's the SL file. When I publish to MP4, the cursor twitches like crazy when I click on buttons. I am hoping to cancel out if it's because of the Storyline download or my employer's end.
I didn't have this problems when I published to LMS or in Review.

I suspect there is a problem with the frame rate. According to this article the frame rate for video is 30 frames per second, the frame rate for Web, LMS, and Review is 60 frames per second. Storyline 360: Animations and Transitions Aren't Smooth When Published as a Video File - Articulate Support That may explain the issue.
I haven't tried it, but you may want to try changing the video quality when you publish it and see if that helps.
