Hello Jose,
We have checked with our IT team and they informed us that all the endpoints from above link are already accessible, and internet access is not blocked.
Could you please help to check if there are any other way to resolve this issue.

Thank you for confirming that the endpoints are accessible. Would you mind testing on a different browser, or clearing your current browser's cache to see if this works? I'd like to see if the issue is isolated to a specific browser, or if certain browser extensions are causing the behavior.
