REVIEW issue > My comments after posting disappear

Hi there,

I have been experiencing this for few days already, I thought it was a temporary glitch, but the issue continues.

When I add a comment in Review, after posting I see the comment taken but few seconds after it disappears. And when I try to add again a comment, the comment field is locked, so I can add anything. Then I have to re-launch the course and I go in circles. 

attached an example of my comment posted which is no longer there, it disappeared. 

I appreciate any help with this.

    Sorry to hear that your comments are disappearing from Review 360! Happy to help!

    Since there isn't one specific cause for this type of behavior, do you mind sharing the affected Review 360 link so we can investigate the issue? As well as possibly locate where the comments went. If you'd like to share it privately, please connect with our support engineers through a support case.

    We'll delete it from our system as soon as troubleshooting is complete!
