Hello,
I am curious as to the intended function of the Edit button on comments in Rise. When I click on it, I can edit my comment. When I click Save, any changes disappear. I have tried clearing my cache, restarting my browser, restarting my computer. None of these have helped. My clients are also experiencing the same thing.

I noticed that you've been working with my colleague Dexter, through a support case. You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with him! We can continue the conversation through your case to keep all information in one spot.
That was for a different case where comments get lost if the ownership is transferred to another person from the original author. (They all disappear as soon as the new owner publishes to Review. Apparently this is by design though I cannot imagine why.)
I have added a screen recording documenting the behavior of not saving changes to comments. And I will submit a support case. I'm curious if others are experiencing this.
