Question bank folders
Hi, I have created two question banks which appear as folders. I notice that a previous employee also created a question bank (Conflict of Interest) which doesn't appear as a folder but in a list. I'm happy to keep the Conflict of Interest questions but I'm confused as to why my question banks/folders don't appear in the same place. Have I set mine up correctly?
I'm hoping the screenshot attached helps explain what I mean.

Have re-attached it below. Hopefully you can see it?

Hi Tina.
I still don't see your screenshot.
Note if you selected REPLY, any attachments will not come through.
You need to select VIEW, then attach the image on the forum web page.

Sorry, I'm not seeing a VIEW option. Where should I look?
Hi Tina,
You can either use the "Insert an image" feature to include the screenshot in your response, or you can use the "Add Attachment" option.
If you find that something on your end is preventing the screenshot from being uploaded, please open a case with our support team here so we can troubleshoot your inquiry privately.

Hi again, hoping you can see above screenshot relating to my initial question?

Hi Tina,
You have created your question banks in your Private Folder, and not in the Teams folder.

Thank you Karl. I have moved my questions to the Teams folder. I have tried moving my former colleague's question bank from the Private Folder to the Teams folder but it won't let me. I assume because it was created by another user?
Hi Tina,
Yes, that is correct. Only the owner of the question bank can move their content from their private folder to a Teams folder.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
