It doesn't look like Valerie submitted a case or a copy of their project, but I'm happy to help you troubleshoot!
Are you also experiencing freezing/crashing on one of your quiz slides?
Let me ask you a few questions to narrow down the issue:
- Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive.
- Is this happening with one specific file or every .story file you add a quiz to?
- Have you attempted to repair Storyline 360? Here are the instructions.
