Record Camera Missing

I am using Storyline in Windows Parallels on my MacBook. It recently forced the upgrade from the x32 to the x64 version. On the Insert tab, under Video, there used to be an option to record my webcam directly into the Storyline presentation. I no longer see it. Am I missing something or has it been depreciated?
