Recording in SL360

I'm trying to create a simulation in SL360. When I view the project from Insert Slides the screen I recorded slides off to the left and the rest is a black screen. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? I have included a screen print of the issue.

    I would recommend checking Step 3 to see that your sizing and position of the recording area align with what you are looking to capture.
