Recreating an animation

I am just getting started with Storyline and while I am a ppt power-user, there's lots to learn to fully leverage the tool. 

I need to recreate a training to update it and managed to locate only the first two scenes in this file:  https://lnd.payroc.com/pbc/story

A former employee created the animation however the key parts are missing from the files.  Is there a way I can upload a link to storyline or must I start from scratch?
