Research into effacacy/preferance of scrolling vs. page turning in eLearning.

Hello All - I'm looking for any research (preferably formal, but informal OK) that explores the efficacy of learning content that is utilizes a scrolling learner experience (like Rise), as opposed to page turning. The research could surface learner performance (like 68% prefer scrolling over page turning). Or better yet it could surface efficacy of the formats. Thanks in advance.
