Retrieve Reports from"Survey" Integrated in Rise Courses
Hello everyone,
I have created a survey questionnaire using the "Survey" feature in Rise (not Storyline). I followed the instructions to retrieve the analytic report after learners completed the survey but responses are nowhere to be found. Can you anyone please further assist me on this issue? I appreciate you!

I am having the same issue with a Rise course that includes a survey question that was published to my LMS using a Connected package. The option to View LMS engagement is not available.

I did follow exactly the instruction suggested but still no survey data/response can be found nor accessed.
What I really don't understand is why would Articulate Rise rolled out a survey tool within Rise that turns out to be somewhat extraneous than simplified and accessible within the Rise course. In short, the feature seems easy to integrate when developing the course yet not so straightforward to retrieve the response.
The comment above is meant for Articulate Rise 360 Team not to you Karl. I hope someone either from the community may have a better solution, alternatively while waiting for the Articulate support team to respond.
