retry button is not working

Hello Team,

In the e learning course, I have knowledge check questions in each module ( it consists of 12 modules) and result should be displayed based on the answer given by the learner in knowledge check questions. if he fails and clicking on the retry button its attempting only 1 module question and returning back to the result page and fail remark.

Please help me with this..! Even I have given knowledge check in the quiz settings. but still its now working as expected.

    Hello Dipu,

    Happy to help! I understand how frustrating this can be. Do you need help with the individual Results slide in each module and its Retry buttons? Or are you using a Results slide that includes all the Knowledge Check questions from the different modules? We'd be happy to look at how the triggers and variables in your project are set up.

    Would you be willing to share a copy of your Storyline file here or privately through a support case so we can investigate what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing.
