Review 360 - Can't use Comments column
We are having an issue. The Comments box in Review 360 activates like it is going to allow you to do something, but you can't type and the Post button is grayed out. We have confirmed proper Share Settings. We've had both registered and non-registered users have the same result, and we've tested in both Chrome and Edge. If it's multiple people, it's probably not a cache issue. We're using the Modern player, normal sized screens.

Sorry to hear you and your team are having trouble posting comments in Review 360!
Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Are you able to leave a comment if you connect to a different network from the one you're currently using? To test this, you can try leaving a comment with your mobile phone while using mobile data as your internet source.
Also, are you receiving any error messages when you attempt to leave a comment? If so, it would be helpful to see a screenshot of what the message says. Feel free to share that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
