Review 360 Hanging in Chrome

I am attempting to review a Storyline 360 project and Review 360 does not load. The page in Chrome just hangs with 3 dots cycling. Works OK in Edge. I am on the latest version of Articulate 360 (06/06/24 update). Same result if I attempt to launch Review 360 from the suite menu. It has worked perfectly since I began using it a couple of years ago, until now.

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry you've hit this snag!

    I understand the page won't load when viewing your Review 360 link in Chrome or launching Review 360 from the Articulate 360 desktop console. I'm not having trouble using the latest version of Chrome (Version 126.0.6478.57), so I'd like to ask a couple of clarifying questions.
