Review 360 no longer attaching screenshots to comments made on slides with video
Hoping someone can help our company out with something that has recently occurred. As of the last week or so, Articulate Review no longer attaches a screenshot to slides that have a video at any point in the timeline - doesn't matter if the video is currently on screen or not. I can see via Google search that there were issues approximately 3 years ago with a similar issue, but it was noted that those issues were resolved. Seems something has come undone perhaps? Would it be possible for Articulate to confirm if this is a known issue or if it is isolated to us and we need to do something on our end (unsure what we really could do, but perhaps). Thank you!
