Review 360 not displaying a Rise 360 interactive labelled graphic for some reviewers

Hi there. First time poster. :)

I have published a Rise360 eLearn to Review 360 and sent it to 3 people to review. Two of the reviewers get stuck part way through as I've included a button to 'complete activity before continuing on' button, but they cannot see the interactive labelled graphic that lies just before the button. 

I can see it fine in the review file, and the other reviewer had no issues either. 

The 2 reviewers can see the labelled graphic if they use the side menu to go straight to the particular lesson where they get stuck, but not if they use the 'Start course' button and work their way through the preceding lessons.  Has anyone else had this sort of issue?  We are all using Edge in Windows.

    In Microsoft Edge, the zoom settings can be found under the Settings and more menu, accessed by clicking the ellipsis icon in the upper right corner of the browser.

    could it be that the two people who can’t see the graphic have their screen view zoomed higher than 100% - just a thought if you’re all using the same browser.

    Thanks Wendy for the suggestion. I'm not sure how they would set their screen view zoomed higher than 100%, but if you can tell me, then I will ask them to check.  Many thanks. Jill.
