Review 360 Tracking & Documentation

I love that we can see who has been emailed, who has accessed, and who has finished reviewing the course in Review 360.  I also love we can provide a due date for the review to keep the project on timeline.

I would also like to see more tracking ability; what day was the email request sent, what did the request say?

Does anyone have a way they are tracking this? What other information are you tracking in the review process?
