Review 360
If I just want non license holders to be able to view a Storyline course but not comment on it, do I just untick the box, Allow users without IDs to comment, in Share drop-down menu?

By unchecking the box to Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment, users will be required to sign in with an account before commenting. If they don't already have Articulate IDs, they can create one here.
If you would like to share your course with stakeholders and allow them to view it only, you can disable comments.
- First, publish your course to Review 360.
- Once you open your course in Review, select the three dots in the top right corner.
- Select Disable Comments.
