Rise - video block doesnt' work with background.

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to insert a background image in a video block, in Rise.
It seems easy, and it works in the edit mode.
But when I try the preview, it doesn't.

Does anyone have suggestions?

    Hi there, Marco! You should be able to see the image in the background of a video block, even when previewing a course.

    I have a few more questions to help me narrow down why this isn't working for you:

    • Can you see the image when you view the course Share link?
    • Do you notice an improvement if you try a different supported web browser? 
    • Does this problem happen with any image you try?
