Rise 360 - SCORM File Getting Failed
Hi Team,
We have created a lessons in rise 360. when we trying to upload in our SuccessFactors it was showing as Failed status.
Attached the Rise Export settings and failed status error.

You need to look at the Background Jobs which gives you the error codes. Most likely you have an image or video that has a file name longer than 15 characters. This is a known issue between how Articulate Rise specifically (not Articulate Storyline) publishes to SCORM and SuccessFactors cannot read the file because of the long file names.
