Rise 360: Skip Ahead Quiz Error

I tried using Rise 360 to translate a course using both the buttons and quiz skip ahead feature. 

In the beginning of the course, you select a language (English, Spanish, or Vietnamese) then it brings you to the lesson in that language. In each language there's a quiz (3 quizzes in the course - 1 for each language). The quiz is set to skip ahead if passed. It then brings the user to a page with a Storyline embed (Finish button to complete and exit the course). 

The English version will proceed to the final page with Storyline. The translated lessons say "Lessons Must be Completed in Order" at the end of the quiz. All the lessons before it are marked as complete though (the other languages). 

Does anyone know if what I'm trying to do is possible? Is it an error due to the restricted navigation? Let me know if seeing more of the course would help.
