We've found that similar cases in the past seemed to be related to the LMS rather than Articulate. Please try testing how your course behaves in SCORM Cloud to see if you are able to replicate it there. If you are, it'd be helpful to take a closer look at your file. You can share a copy with our team in a support case. If the course plays as expected, I recommend reaching out to your LMS administrator to see if they have additional recommendations.
