Rise Block background Help

Hi All

 

I normally live in Storyline and don't use rise too much due to the nature of my work so wondered if anyone can help. - I can't find the answer searching.

 

I want to create Rise block with backgrounds that seamlessly flow into each other. Problem I am having is the backgrounds rescaling and adjusting so my alignments are warped etc. 

 

Has anyone found a way this can be done - I'm also conscious that with mobile devices this may affect accessibility- any guidance would be appreciated.
