Rise course not loading into SCORM Cloud. What can I do?

As stated above. I have a Rise course that won't upload into our LMS or into the SCORM Cloud.  This course has been published in the past and loaded into the LMS. We just had to replace a video with a new one. But now I can't load it into any LMS.

I have tried SCORM 1.2, 2004, I tried xAPI. Still never loads. I tried to duplicate the course and republish. Still never loads. I tried changing the Tracking method. Nope.

Never gives an error message just sits at the loading screen for hours (days if i left it).

Since there are very few parameters when publishing in Rise, I do not know what else to try.
