Rise Course Not Playing Video
Hi, I love using Rise's pre-built content! However, today when I select or preview a course, it does not show the embedded video content. I know content is supposed to be there because of the caption, but it's not loading properly. Is this an issue on my end or are others having the same issue?

Thank you for making use of our prebuilt content. I went ahead, though, and created a case for you to check on what is happening with the videos in the templates. You should receive a response soon from my colleagues to help resolve this issue.
