Videos dont play on upload for review at 360.articulate.com
Hi,
Not sure if something is wrong here or it's the way your set up for reviewing courses on 360
none of the videos play
In preview they all play fine
Is this because your dont allowing videos to play since it's just a stage for test preview, not production so you don't render video?
Not sure what's going on here.
Also, when it says upload complete, 5 minutes later it says backup complete.
Backup? I guess that's part of the upload process. That's 😎 so where is the backup stored in case I need it

Thanks for reaching out!
Your videos should play in Review 360 just as they do in preview mode. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Are all of your videos affected by the behavior? How about the ones from Content Library 360?
- Have you asked your IT team to add all of the endpoints listed in this article to allow all of your Articulate 360 applications to work properly?
- Have you tried using a different browser, or viewing your courses in private/incognito mode to see if this helps?
Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test it to see if we'll get the same behavior on our end? We'll delete it when we're done!
