Rise Courses Not Being Marked as Completed on LMS
Hi all,
Hoping someone might be able to help with a tricky situation the team and I are facing.
We’ve had a few employees complete a Rise course and send through a screenshot showing they’ve reached the end, but the course isn’t being marked as ‘completed’ on their profile in the LMS (ELMO). This isn’t happening to everyone, so we suspect it might be a phone compatibility or browser issue?
Has anyone else come across this before or found a workaround? It’s starting to impact how we use Rise for future courses, so any advice would be appreciated.

I suggest troubleshooting your file in SCORM Cloud to see if you can replicate the behavior. If the course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, it'd be helpful to test a copy of your file. Since it's only happen for select users, it's likely an issue related to the environment in which it's being played. They can try using a different browser or viewing the course in incognito mode.
It may also be helpful if you share which LMS you use, in case other community members share the same experience!
