Rise courses "resuming" by default with no other option

When closed and re-launched, courses created in Rise automatically resume progress. I had users, who were not able to complete some courses - they were stuck on lessons that used "Complete the content above before moving on" option. When a Storyline created course crashes in the LMS, users can select the "Restart" option on launch to reset the progress - if there is nothing wrong with the course itself, they will be able to complete the course after restarting. Problem with having the "Resume" as the default/only option in Rise is that, if the course crashes, it seems to be saved forever in that state, for a particular user. That user will not be able to complete a training, which is the problem. Why don't you have the "Restart" option for Rise courses then?
