Wondering if anyone knows of a way to block a learner from downloading a PDF attachment? We want to attach the PDF as a transcript for a video, but we'd rather it not be downloaded by the learner. I'm not able to embed links as it doesn't work with our IT security.
Thanks for the help!

Hi StephanieBla936 For the user to be able to view an attachment, they would need to download it. There is a way to block someone from downloading an embedded pdf, but it sounds like you can't go that route. Would it be possible to copy and paste the transcript text into something like an accordion block so they could view the content, but there are no attachments?

Thanks so much GingerSwart ! I like the creative solution! Maybe this is something Articulate can look into? Selecting a button that prevents the PDF being downloaded so that it can be turned off if the designer needs that. Or if there was an easier way to attach a transcript to a video. For accessibility reasons, we need to provide captions and a transcript so this is a bit of a work-around for the transcript. You've made it so easy for captions and it's appreciated!
