Thank you for reaching out. If I understand correctly you are experiencing issues with your Rise 360 translation. Is that right? I'd be happy to share what our talented support engineer shared with Noémie in their case:If you're translating a course into 2 different languages, you need to make two copies of the Rise course, export the XLIFF file from each copy, and each XLIFF file should be translated into a corresponding language. If you try importing a translated XLIFF file to a Rise course and that XLIFF file was not originally exported from that copy, the import will fail.

I'd also like to point out that this article mentions that you need to ensure that your course has no blank sections or lesson titles.
