Same answer, once correct and once incorrect

Dear all,

I am receiving emails from some students that they have difficulty passing the test created on storyline 360, even though they are entering the correct answer.

I have attached the screenshot of the SCORM report on Blackboard. The same answer (in this case 'gingivitis' once has been considered as correct and  as incorrect.

I suggested to the student to make sure that there are no hidden characters or space after or before the answer but still got the same error.

Any suggestions?

    Hi Behnam,

    I'm sorry you're having an issue with how answers are being reported to Blackboard!

    Have you tested your course in SCORM cloud? It's an online LMS environment that can be used to figure out whether the issue is with the LMS or the Story file. If you test your course on SCORM cloud and it works perfectly, then your issue is LMS based.
