SCORM 2004 Uploading to SAP SuccessFactors - Error

Wondering if anyone in the community would be able to provide support in error messages we are getting when uploading a RISE course in SCORM 2004 V4 to SAP SuccessFactors. 

The errors we are getting are: 

  1. Tue Apr 19 2022 12:52:47 GMT-0300 (Atlantic Daylight Time) [DEBUG]: AsyncPlateauSCORM4EDAPI API::GetErrorString()=Data Model Element Value Not Initialized
  2. Tue Apr 19 2022 12:55:48 GMT-0300 (Atlantic Daylight Time) [DEBUG]: AsyncPlateauSCORM4EDAPI API::GetErrorString()=Store Data After Termination
  3. Thu Apr 14 2022 08:06:33 GMT-0300 (Atlantic Daylight Time) [DEBUG]: AsyncPlateauSCORM2004API Caught exception while posting termination event: ReferenceError: sap is not defined

    Hi Corey,

    I’m sorry you’re running into these error messages while uploading your Rise course in SuccessFactors. Let’s see if we can figure out what’s happening.

    You can try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud and see if you’ll get the same errors. That’ll give us a good idea of whether it’s file-related or LMS-related.

    You can also share your SCORM package privately with us by clicking here. We’ll be happy to test this for you to get to the bottom of things.
