SCORM and API calls- help - consultation call!

Hi everyone - 

My team is looking for someone who can help/consult on a call (we'll pay!)... we're looking to understand how we can do progress tracking in SCORM using API calls without using a LMS or cloud solution (everything we do needs to be self-hosted).

Is this doable?
