Seeking Storyline Consultant Help

Hi community!

I am looking to build a modularized certification program that is currently (and will continued to be) delivered instructor led and virtual live to eLearning.  The program will need to be 20 hours of training, a heavy load, and I am inquiring about the need for all eLearning ( to meet the certification requirement) or blended ( preferred due to length of program)

The structure and content of the program and modules are fully developed with learning objectives, etc. but I could use some consulting help with the following as I am new to storyline:

1. Including/Creating more interactive elements

2. Build of Check Your Knowledge Quizzes

3. Potential way to better structure ( scenes versus stories) to 

I want the final deliverable of the program to be engaging but simple and clean as there will need to be updates to the program sometime in 2025.
